Due to weather conditions during morning commute, Chesaning Schools will be closed Friday, March 10. The auxiliary gym will also be closed.

Due to hazardous travel conditions expected to continue through the morning commute, Chesaning Schools will be closed on Thursday, February 23. The auxiliary gym will also be closed.

Today, a number of Michigan school districts received internet-based phone calls with threats, which have since been proven false. These incidents are part of a hoax known as “swatting” that is targeting schools across the state. While Chesaning Schools did not experience this issue directly, we know many of our families have heard about these incidents and are understandably concerned about school safety. Chesaning Schools will be closed Monday January 30 due to road conditions.

Chesaning Schools would like to remind you that there is no school on Monday, January 16. School resumes on Tuesday, January 17.

Chesaning Schools will implement a 2-hour delay today, January 4, due to fog. All buildings will begin classes two hours later than normally scheduled times.
